Give Mars a Moon

Author: Lance Winslow

Some say that Mars went thru a Global Warming event and lost its atmosphere. Although this cannot be proven at this point, it sure makes for interesting news. In fact scientists believe that there was once extremely large but very shallow lakes, which did not freeze over due to the thermal heat from the planet itself.

If Mars did once have a large atmosphere, which heated up, it may have had similar life to what we find on Earth, perhaps not as evolved, but similar makings of life. Some scientists debate the idea of a previously large atmosphere due to the amount of gravity to hold the atmosphere. If Mars had a moon whose forces of gravity acted upon Mars it may have spurred up an atmosphere enabling Mars to have whirling weather and caused seismic activity, which would have allowed it heat. Heat, water, weather, energy, sunlight is all you need for light from what we can tell here on Earth. Did Mars once have a small moon, if so where did it go? If not, can we capture a couple of satellite type moons and place them in geo-sync orbiting Mars and then allow the volcanic activity to release the ground water in steam clouds and replenish the atmosphere?

The more we learn about Mars the more questions are left unanswered. Do you have questions about Mars; you are not alone. In fact there are over 900 theories about how life works or worked on Mars and at this point it is still completely up in the air. But many believe there was life on Mars and that we will may soon find out where the remnants of that life is living now. Think on this.
